Come for a Run!
Every Tuesday, we either join up at the Plymouth Whitemarsh Track or the trail behind the Conshohocken Brewing Company for the workout of the week hosted by our very own Coach Kristy (Run the Long Road Coaching)! Modifications are always given!
Thursday Night Runs
Every Thursday we meet behind the Conshohocken Brewing Company at 6:30pm to meet up then run as far and as fast as you want! Afterwards, share a beverage or two with some new friends!
Sunday bRUNch Runs
Every Sunday morning we meet up to go for a run, followed by grabbing brunch! Location varies, timing varies, and brunch varies!
